Contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@nobit.shop with photos of the issue (e.g., wrong cap design or damaged tote bag). We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
11. How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, depending on your payment provider.
