SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Customized or personalized items (e.g. embroidered jackets or printed tote bags) may require additional processing time, which will be specified at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and unique order ID once your order has been successfully placed. If you do not see the email, please check your Spam or Unsolicited Mail folder or contact us at support@nobit.shop for a resend.

Note: Processing times may be delayed during periods of high demand (e.g. holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather. We will notify you if delays occur.

2. Shipping Options

We offer Standard Shipping through trusted carriers such as FedEx or USPS, with the following details:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Delivery Time: 3–10 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).

Cost: $4.99 for the first item; additional items in the same order are free of shipping.

International Shipping

Delivery Time: 10–20 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).

Cost: $7.99 for the first item; additional items in the same order are free of shipping.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather or carrier delays).

3. Cancellation and modification of orders

You can cancel and modify your order within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@nobit.shop with your order ID.

After 24 hours, the order may be in the processing or completed stage and cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

4. Lost or damaged goods

Lost goods: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact support@nobit.shop within 30 days of delivery. After verification with the courier, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged goods: If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and arrange a replacement or refund, according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
