RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Nobit Shop, we are committed to providing jeans jackets, baseball caps, and tote bags that bring joy and style. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will make it right with a clear and fair returns and refunds process. This policy outlines the steps and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from nobit.shop. Please review carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

We offer a 100% refund or exchange for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery. For holiday orders (placed between November 17 and January 1), we extend the return period to 60 days to accommodate the gift-giving season. Each return shipment includes a commercial invoice that complies with HS codes, product categories, and destination regulations for smooth processing.

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of delivery (or 60 days for holiday orders).

Unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and free of stains, pet hair, or damage.

In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Purchased directly from nobit.shop.

Ineligible Items

The following items are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

Clearance or sale items.

Customized or personalized products (e.g. jackets or tote bags with custom embroidery or prints).

Free gifts or promotional items.

3. Reasons for returns or exchanges

We will refund or replace if:

You receive an incorrect item (e.g., incorrect design, size, or product).

The item is damaged or defective (e.g., torn stitching or misprinted design).

The print or embroidery is significantly different from your approved order.

An item is missing from your order.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns or cancel orders for:

Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style due to customer error.

Orders requested to be canceled more than 24 hours after placing the order.

Custom products with print or embroidery that meet our approved manufacturing standards.

4. How to request a return or exchange

Email support@nobit.shop with your order number, details of the item you want to return or exchange, and your preferred solution (refund, exchange, or store credit).

Return the product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and return it using a designated courier service.

Process: Once we receive and inspect the product (within 5-7 business days), we'll process your refund, issue a store credit, or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
